Position Overview:
As an Administrative Support Volunteer with GAHS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our society by providing essential administrative assistance. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. If you have a passion for animal welfare, strong administrative skills, and a commitment to supporting our cause, we invite you to join our team of dedicated administrative volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical documents, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.
- Data Entry:
- Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools.
- Correspondence:
- Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the organization.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Meeting Support:
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual or in-person meetings.
- Event Support:
- Provide administrative support for events, including coordination of logistics, registration, and communication with participants.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Time Commitment:
