Salem is an approximately 5 year old male cat that came to us as a rescue from outside of Masset. Salem was being fed by community members after they noticed him and a few other cats eating out of compost piles. They carefully caught Salem and surrendered him to GAHS.
Salem was neutered, given his first round of vaccines, and found in tip-top shape on January 14. He has medium length hair that is a little bit longer on his head and tail. Salem loves to be around his human, but he also appreciates his own space. Salem’s favorite things to do with his human are to have long brushing sessions or receiving some gentle pets. His favorite places to be are perched in a window or snoozing on a cozy bed.
Salem’s perfect home would be quiet and calm where he would be the only pet. Salem’s perfect family would be one that is patient with him as he settles in and builds a bond.
