After being in care for almost a year, Ivory’s foster has agreed to adopt him. We are so grateful to our foster families on island. Specifically volunteer Dorothy who is giving Ivory a home and coordinates all of our foster homes and rescues. Thank you!
Ivory is a sweet, timid 10 year old polydactyl. He’s good with dogs and other cats with a gentle disposition. He’s cautious, but once he feels safe, he’s a loving fellow. Sometimes we’ll never know what trauma another being has experienced. Sometimes they don’t remember exactly either but they remember it was painful, or scary or that the world isn’t always a place one can trust. If you’re someone with patience, a quietish home and love to share, Ivory may be the perfect companion for you.
