Application for Medical Emergency Support

So we can support as many people in need of assistance as possible, in 2023 the maximum amount we will contribute per household is $600.00 per year. We must have an estimate from the Haida Gwaii Animal Hospital prior to approval. Extenuating circumstances in an emergency may be considered but will need prior approval from the GAHS board of directors. We will continue to provide support for as long as our funds allow. Any contribution you make helps to extend the program.
